About Sarah

Sarah Rushton

MNFSH, BA (Hons) Ed, Cert Ed, EFT Advanced Practitioner, Accredited Member of EFT International

Since a small child, Sarah has always been interested in seeking out health treatments, which do the patient no harm.

Initially Sarah's interest was with animals and then, over forty years ago, she went on to train as a Psychiatric Nurse.

Having studied and gleaned experience of the numerous issues which can cause dis-ease and ill health, she has spent several decades researching and practising numerous types of gentler, more effective, and much safer ways of treating illnesses in both people and animals, which help to enable their bodies and minds to "reset" and then naturally self-heal.

Sarah has practised energy healing for many decades, and some twenty years ago, took up formal training. Initially studying Reiki and then moving on to study for two years to become a fully Qualified Healer with the NFSH (The Healing Trust) the UK's largest healing organisation, in addition to studying numerous additional animal healing courses.

Having always had an affinity with working with subtle energies since childhood, Gary Craig’s incredible Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) energy psychology was an exciting and natural progression. Sarah studied Gary's materials and then went on to train, up to Advanced Practitioner Level, with several EFT Masters.

Sarah usually integrates EFT with Healing Energy and Intuition, which makes a particularly potent combination, and over the years she has assisted several hundreds of people and animals in shifting their emotional blocks, which were either preventing their bodies from healing or were preventing them from reaching their full potential.

Having always loved caring for animals, Sarah has kept pets (some exotic), grew up on a farm, owned and worked with many horses, and is used to dealing with animals of all shapes and sizes. EFT and healing are very powerful tools in treating many types of animals. Much of Sarah's animal work is performed non-locally, which means that distance or location of the animal is not a problem. Her money back guarantee also applies to all non-local work.

Sarah also worked as a matron for many years, is a qualified teacher, has a degree in Further Education and spent some fifteen years helping to support college students towards attaining their goals.

Sarah is now based in the Midlands, on the borders of Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire for in person consultations, but animal sessions can be organised non-locally over distance.
