Redundancy

Unexpectedly losing your regular income, routine and purpose through no fault of your own can be a crushing blow.

It can sometimes seriously damage your self confidence, can lead to feelings of worthlessness and inadequacy, which over the long term can affect your performance and may occasionally turn into a deep depressive illness.

It is after all a form of bereavement. A huge loss which can bring about every possible emotion. See Emotional trauma.

Sadly, due to the current economic climate, redundancies are becoming all too common.

But it doesn't have to be all bad news. Some of my clients have said that after they had come to terms with what had happened to them, they actually began to reassess their lifestyles and made many beneficial changes.

Many felt that they had somehow been stuck in a rut, and that they now had some breathing space in which to decide what they would trully like to do.

Many said that their lives now felt more positive in that they could spend more time with their families, take up the hobby that they had always wanted to do, or completely change the direction of their lives, or their priorities.

If you feel that your sense of loss is not beginning to ease after a few months and that you are still plagued with difficult emotions, I may be able to help you move forward.

My treatment is very gentle, fast and hugely effective.
That is why I can guarantee my results!
We can't change what has happened, but we can certainly change how you feel about it.
